Black and White Humanistic Photography by Christophe Lecoq

February 09, 2011 by Bogdan Florin in Travel, Travel

Discover humanistic photography by French photographer Christophe Lecoq, his black and white pictures from China, Paris or his portraits. Website in French and English language. His humanists photographs seek neither to provide definitive answers. They are just trying to offer a different vision of a country and a people that we tend to caricature is a kind of exotic description, or by an almost paranoid vision vis-à-vis this new giant economy.

Christophe Lecoq did not want to see. It does not purport to show "the truth" of the street. His vision is necessarily subjective: he chose to show one of the many faces that we offer the region. Likewise, its black and white in his attempts to find a way to share aesthetic emotion and convey simple feelings.
